Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a data visualization dashboard using BI tools for campaign tracking, identify customer segmentation, and customer redemption behavior.
- Set automate data processing on Big Query, BI report on Google Sheets, and BUs performance dashboard on Looker/Power BI or Tableau.
- Comfortable with working with multi-sources data and well-organized & centralized data processing.
- Create datasets from social listening tools and aggregate ad performance data into a database using the platform API.
- Measure, track and analyze consumer and customer analytics across our e-commerce website, establish a strategy and provide actionable insights that translate into better business decisions.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Data Analytic, Data Visualization, or related fields.
- Strong Python programming language.
- Strong SQL in Google Big query, MSSQL and others.
- Strong Google Analytics, Firebase analytics and other Analytics platforms.
- Understanding social media data structure e.g. Facebook, Twitter (x), TikTok and Google etc.
- Understanding JavaScript, Nodejs is a plus.
- understanding of application data. (IOS / Android) is a plus.
