digital technology manager (mobile)

Job Description

• Collaborate with Creative and Strategic Planning teams to integrate Mobile-first solutions into marketing and communication campaigns.

• Design and develop digital experiences combining Mobile Apps, Interactive Content, AR/AI/IoT to enhance brand engagement.

• Support Business Development / Account Teams in presenting technical solutions to clients, both strategically and technically.

• Research and implement MarTech solutions (Loyalty, Analytics, Personalization, CDP) to elevate customer experience.

• Proactively track and adopt emerging technologies to create new value for brands.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality delivery of mobile and cross-platform solutions.

• Share knowledge and updates with internal teams and manage external tech partners.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile development (iOS/Android) with leadership/managerial experience.

• Strong in Swift, Kotlin; knowledge of Flutter/React Native a plus.

• Familiar with MarTech/AdTech ecosystem (CDP, Loyalty, Campaign Tools, Analytics).

• Interest in Engagement tech: AR filters, gamification, AI chatbots, LLMs, loyalty apps, immersive experiences.

• Strong communication skills to bridge tech and business needs.

• Growth mindset with passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
